Waking up today I had a plan. The day was gonna fly by, sling drinks like the boss that I am, and have a Shoot with my two beautiful little sisters. Well guys karma .is.for.real. -_- got to work and every thing that could go wrong did. I cried in the freezer a few times. Word around the office is if you cry in there the fierce wind will suck back your tears. (Not true guys) so I just maned up, wiped my tears away and did what I could. Finally I make it home and meet my Sisters and we made our way to the park. Even though my mood was somewhat dampened by a horrible work day I wasn't gonna let that ruin the fun that was about to happen. Haley and Sarah looked so cute and we got some amazing pics. Only half way through the shoot I realized I didn't have much battery left And at that point i wanted to scream at the heavens! So here are some amazing and hilarious shots I got before my camera died. Enjoy :)

Lights! Camera! Action!
I recently paid my uncle Jeff a visit to learn about photography and he was so nice to explain a few tips to me and one of the main things we went over is lighting. Lighting is very important! As I was pouring overall these amazing pictures
that he has taken over the years, and that now my two little cousins have done, I am so proud to be from the same family. My cousin Madison is one of the most amazing photographers I have ever seen. I so strive to be that amazing. So practice makes perfect. I had the most amazing night with Sarah and I am so grateful she agreed to be my guinea pig :) some pointers my uncle gave me was to buy the largest painters drop sheet I could find at Home Depot and make that a simple backdrop. I don't have any lighting equipment just yet so I got creative and just used some soft lighting I had. Here are some of my favorites...

Fun day at the park
Today I had the privilege of taking photos of my coworker Marc and his beautiful family. The weather was perfect and the breeze blowing nicely. I can't tell you How much fun I had capturing all the love, laughter, smiles, and a few tears from miss Emily who wanted nothing more than to swing on the swings in the park. Super cute and I can't wait to share these photos with them.
